This will generate the item you named and place it into the first inventorysack. The command usually generates an item with affixes that's of the highestpossible potency. This means it's very likely it will generate an item that yourcharacter may not be able to use. However, you can ask the editor to cap therequired level of the generated of an item to a specific level, as is done inthis example. This makes it so the editor will generate an item suitable for acharacter of level 85.
